2. Press saute button, put Olive oil in pot, brown beef on all sides.
3. Press cancel button. Add stew seasoning packet and water.
4. Add remaining ingredients
5. Place lid on pot, and vent to seal.
6. Press Meat/Stew button, and adjust pressure to high, and 30-35 minutes.
7. When pot beeps at finish, allow to natural release until the pin drops
8. Serve with fresh bread or over rice. Enjoy!
