1) Pour 1-1/2 cups water into bottom of Instant Pot. Place potatoes in a steamer basket and lower steam basket into the Instant Pot.
2) Cover Instant Pot and secure the lid. Make sure valve is set to SEALING. Set the manual/pressure cook button to 6 minutes. When time is up, move valve to venting and remove the lid after pressure has released.
3) Move the steamer basket out of the pot. Dump out the water, and then dump the cooked potatoes back into the Instant Pot. Stir in the ranch dressing mix, sour cream, cheese and bacon.
4) Serve immediately and enjoy!
