Spray silicone bites pan with Pam
Add bacon and spinach to bottom of each bite hole
Pour egg mixture in bite hole up to the top.
Cover with a piece of parchment paper and aluminum foil
Instant Pot
Add 1 cup of water to pot
Place silicone egg bite pan on trivet
Lower trivet into instant pot
Close lid and set to closed
Hit steam button for 8 mins
Let slow release for 10 mins
Remove trivet and silicone pan and let cool
Can freeze when completely cooled
