Crust: crumble together and press into 8 or 9" pie shell. Bake at 375 12 - 15 minutes. Cool.
Filling: Mix together pudding and coffee. Add milk, beat one minute. Blend in water and whiskey. Beat 2 minutes. Whip cream and add sugar to taste. Fold in pudding and place in pie shell. Cool 2 hours. Add cool whip topping and grate chocolate bar on the top.
