Try this Iron Skillet Crustless Quiche recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description-Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
-Brown the sausage in a 10" iron skillet. When it is almost browned, add the vegetables and sauté them with the meat.
-In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and almond milk. Add the garlic powder, salt, and pepper and whisk to combine. Stir in the cheeses.
-Pour the egg mixture over the meat and vegetables.
-Bake in the oven for 25 min or until the center is set and the top is light golden brown.
-Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy.
Optional: top with diced avocado and salsa
Note: Any type of cheese or vegetables can be used; this is what I had in my fridge today.
