Sweet bread made with currents and raisins.
Bring margarine, brown sugar, milk, raisins and currents to a slow boil in a medium size pot. Let cool. Mix flour,and baking powder together. Add raisin mixture and 1 egg. Stir vigorously. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 F. for 45 minutes. Let cool before slicing.
