In a large saucepan cook beef till no longer pink. Drain off fat.
Add beef broth, pasta with mixed vegetables, undrained tomatoes, tomato juice, and Italian seasoning to beef in saucepan. Bring to boiling. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes or till vegetables and pasta are tender. Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
