Suggest a better descriptionMix seasoning together to make a paste; rub on roast. Put in dutch over and add 2" of water to the pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour per pound of meat.
Shred meat and save liquid in pan, or add water if needed to make the liquid. Put in crock pot on low for an hour or so.
You may make this up a day or so before and reheat in crockpot.
Serve on hoagie buns.
