Cookie for dunking in tea

Mix liquids in very large bowl. Then mix in all dry ingredients and mix well. Batter should be a little firm like heavy pancake batter.
Grease and flour cookie sheet. Pour 2 rows of batter lengthwise on sheet.
Bake 370 oven until brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from oven, cut on diangle while still hot.
Place with cut side down on cookie sheet to toast on both sides.
Return to oven for 400 for 2 minutes for each side.
