Dissolve yeast in warm water (120 degrees to 130 degrees) . Stir in sugar, salt oil and 1 cup flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to make dough easy to handle. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Shape into a 12 in. roll. Cut into 16 equal parts and roll each part into a pencil-like rope, 8 to10 inches long. Place on greased baking sheet. Brush spray lightly with oil and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake 350 degrees for 25 min or until golden brown.
