1. Mix dry ingredients together in a stand mixer fitted with dough hook.
2. Add water and continue to mix. The dough should become smooth and satiny and pull away from the sides of the mixing bowl. Add more water or flour as necessary. If just a bit more water is needed, use a spray bottle lest the dough becomes too moist. The dough should not stick to a board. Continue to knead in the mixer until the the dough pulls away from the bowl.
