Remove excess fat from chicken; cut fillets into 1 1/2 inch wide strips. Pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Dip in egg whites, then into mixture of bread crumbs, herbs and spices. Heat 1/4 inch olive oil in skillet. Saute chicken until brown on both sides. Place in oblong baking dish and bake in 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. While baking, prepare white sauce according to package directions. When thickened, add diced peppers. Pour sauce over chicken and serve immediately.
