Great Summer Pasta Salad that is enjoyed all year long, on the Deck, or watching the Big Game!

Cook Pasta until done, rinse with cold water and drain then set aside.
Saute' asparagus in olive oil until crispy, place in a large bowl, add all other ingredients, mix well, serve at room temperature.
