Preheat oven to 205°C/400°F.
Mix well the Garlic, butter, parsley, salt and pepper and basil. Combine with the cheeses.
Make cuts in the bread approx. 1" apart. Stuff each cut with the cheese and garlic mix.
Place on a non-stick baking tray and cover with foil. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes in the pre-heated oven.
