Plug in and generously spray an electric grill with butter flavoured cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. (hot)
Meanwhile, pour Italian dressing in a shallow saucer. In another shallow saucer, cmbine flour, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
First dip the tomato slices int the Italian dressing, then into the flour mixture to coat both sides. Evenly arrange coated tomato slices on prepared grill. Lightly spray top of tomato slices with cooking spray.
Grill for 6 - 8 minutes turning once. Serve at once.
These were great. The original recipe called for a double sided grill and to cook for 3 - 4 minutes. I used a single sided grill and doubled the cooking time shown in the recipe.
