Suggest a better descriptionMix all ingredients thoroughly. Using about 1/4 cup meat mixture for each ball, roll into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 degrees until done, about 40 minutes. Can be used immediately in spaghetti sauce or can be frozen. To freeze, place on a baking sheet and put in the freezer for several hours. When frozen, place in a freezer bag. You can then use what you need for a meal without having to defrost the whole batch.
