Combine ground beef, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano. Mix well and shape in flat rectangle 10"x12" on waxed paper. Sprinkle cheese over meat. Roll up like a jelly roll and press end of roll to seal. Place in shallow baking dish. Bake 350 for 1 hour. Drain off excess fat. Pour remaining sauce over top and bake 15 minutes more.
