Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add sausages, onions, garlic, and seasonings to skillet and brown.
When almost done, add chopped greens.
When slightlty wilted add the tomatoes.
Simmer for a few minutes.
Place mushrooms in bottom of large dish. Pour sausage mix over the top.
Sprinkle with feta or other cheese if desired.
Bake for 20 minutes.
