Suggest a better descriptionIn large soup kettle, cook beef over MED heat; drain and set aside. Cook sausage over MED heat; drain and set aside. In the same pan, saute onion, celery and garlic in oil until tender.
Return beef and sausage to the pan. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for about 2-3 hours; stirring occasionally.
