Italian sausage and shrimp in a tangy spaghetti sauce.
In a large skillet, saute the onions and the bell peppers in oil, until the vegetables are
tender. Add the sausage and cook until they are brown. Stir in the next 3 ingredients,
and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the shrimp. Meanwhile, cook the pasta
according to the package directions. Drain. Stir the pasta into the shrimp and sausage
mixture. Transfer to baking pan and top with the mozzarella cheese. Place in oven and
bake until the cheese is melted and the mixture is hot throughout. Sprinkle with the
olives. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
