Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400. Clean and rinse baby potatoes, drain and cut into halves.
Heat up oven-safe skillet and add olive oil. Add potatoes and cook until surface turns crispy. Turn over to cook skin side until nicely browned. Push potatoes to one side and saute garlic. Add Italian seasoning, salt & paprika; stir to combine.
Turn off heat and sprinkle cheese and parsley on top. Transfer skillet to oven and roast for 15 minutes.
Add butter cubes on top of potatoes and serve immediately.
