Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut peppers and onions into strips. Cut potatos into quarters. Toss veggies in olive oil and place on a foil lined baking sheet. Cut sausages into 3 or 4 pieces per sausage. Place onto the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes.
