1. Fill 2 large glasses with ice. Pour in 2 tbsp of raspberry syrup and then top with sparkling water or club soda.
Raspberry Syrup
1. Put ingredients into a saucepan and simmer until reduced by half. Purée in a food processor or blender and strain into a clean jar. Refrigerate and mix with club soda for an authentic treat.
