remove sausage from casings. lightly brown in soup pot. use food processor to finely chop all vegetables. add vegetables and all remaining ingredients to pot. cook for 2 hours, or if using croc pot, cook on low all day. before serving, heat to boiling and add pasta - cook according to directions.
