Preheat oven to 350
In a skillet, cook Beef, Onion and Garlic over medium heat. Drain
Stir in Water, Tomato Paste, Bouillon and Oregano, reduce heat simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine Egg, Cottage Cheese, 1 C of Mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and the Baby Spinach. Stuff shells with mixture.
Arrange Shells in 9 x 13 pan, pour meat sauce over shells.
Bake Covered 30 minutes, Uncover, sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered until melted (about 5 minutes)
