For the sauce:
Pulse onions, carrots & garlic until finely chopped, then sauté.
Add wine and cook.
Add tomatoes, oregano & sugar. Simmer 20 minutes
Off heat, add balsamic and basil
Season with salt & pepper
For the meatballs:
Combine all ingredients and scoop into 2oz balls (red scoop).
Roast at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until just cooked through.
Coat with sauce to hold and serve.
