Brown beef and drain. Add all ingredients excepts cabbage, green beans and macaroni. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer until vegetables are tender. Garnish with parmesan cheese.
