Suggest a better description1) Mix all ingredients together in a medium size bowl.
2) Place beef in plastic ziplock bag, or in shallow pan, and pour marinade over the beef.
close the bag, or cover the pan with foil/wrap and place in refriderator for a minimum of 4 hours, but no more than 24.
3) Heat grill to 250-300F and place marinated beef on grill and cook for 5-10 minutes on each side on direct heat.
*depending on the thickness of the meat, indirect heat may be needed for additional time
4) Remove beef from grill and let sit for 5-10 minutes and serve.
