You can use 1 pound of your favorite meat, or fish(Trout, Salmon, or Chicken)
Place meat in marinade. Spray broiler tray with non-stick spray. Broil meat until outside is seared to a light brown. Approximately 12 to 15 minutes.
While meat is broiling, put marinade into a sauce pan. Cook marinade until slightly thickened.
Place meat on serving platter. Pour thickened marinade over.
