In small saucepan combine, brown sugar, bourbon, mustard, soy sauce and pepper. Cook over low heat on stove for 2 minutes, or until sugar has melted, stirring constantly.
Brush salmon with bourbon sauceand grill 6-8 minutes, or until glazed and fish flakes easily with fork, turning occasionally.
Bring any remaning sauce to a boil and drizzle over salmon before serving.
