Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.In a large bowl, combine the flour and sugar and mix well. Pour in the beer gradually, stirring constantly, just until the mixture is fully moistened; you may not need the entire can. Spoon the mixture into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes or until the top is nicely browned, brushing the top with the melted butter after the first 30 minutes. Cool the loaf in the pan for 10 minutes on a wire rack. Remove from the pan and cool completely on the rack before serving.
