1 Combine bacon, all , salt, onion powder, garlic powder, zest and chili powder.
2 Fill peppers with mix. Top peppers with Panko bread crumbs. Press crumbs into mix to adhere.
3 Transfer to greased cookie sheet. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minues.
