Suggest a better description- preheat oven (or grill) to 400
- finely chop jalapenos and 1/4 onion.
- mix all ingredients in a bowl
- In cast iron pan (or directly on grill if you prefer) , sear on direct heat for 1 minute
- Flip and sear for one more minute on remaining side.
- Take entire cast iron pan and place in oven for about 5 minutes
Serve on slider rolls with choice of cheese.
