This cooker is made of clay from Blackjack, TX and are oven, dishwasher and microwave safe. Use indirect heat only. NO OPEN FLAMES. To enjoy, cut the tops off a jalapeƱo peppers and remove the inner core and seeds, wash and pat dry. Stuff the peppers with your favorite fillings and bake at 385 for about 30 minutes or until the peppers are wilted and tender.
Sausage stuffing:
mix sausage, cream cheese and parmesan cheese and stuff.
Artichoke stuffing
mix artichokes, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese and stuff.
Sweet and simple:
Stuff peppers with cream cheese. Wrap a piece of bacon around the pepper, secure with toothpick and bake.
