Seed peppers, Grind until liquid in food processor- watch out, the fumes are dangerous and take your breath away.
Place seals in boiling water on stove. Get jars ready.
Mix sugar and vinegar with peppers. Place in sauce pan and bring to boil. Boil for 6 minutes.
Add Certo and boil another 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add food coloring. Stir quickly until combined.
You don't need to water bath the jars, just place immediately in clean jars wit new, hot seals and tops and let set up.
