Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, combine jalapenos, chives, 2 garlic cloves, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and cream cheese.
Slice off ends of the baguette, cut in half and hollow out the inside.
Pipe the jalapeno filling into the center of the baguette.
Slice and brush with the additional garlic and olive oil.
Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese filling melts slightly.
Check loaf after 15 minutes to ensure that the internal slices have warmed and the cheeses have blended.
