Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coal 6 muffin cups with cooking spray. Gently combine first 6 ingredients, salt and pepper; press meat mixture into muffin cups. Whisk together tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, honey, and chili powder; pour mixture over top of each mini meat loaf. Bake 25 minutes or until meat loaves are done in center; let cool 10 minutes. Serve 2 mini meat loaves per person.
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, sauté 30 seconds. Add kale, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Saute 2 minutes or until kale wilts.
