Preheat oven to 350(F) degrees and lay out phyllo shells on a baking sheet.
Mix together remaining ingredients except bacon and spoon into phyllo cups. Sprinkle with bacon bits.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Serve warm.
You will be tempted to eat these just after they come out of the oven, but be careful. They will be molten!
