Mix cream cheese, mayo, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, and jalapeños and put in a 12 inch square baking dish. Mix panino bread crumbs with 1/4 cup of Parmesan and sprinkle over dip. Bake @ 350* until sides bubble and cheese has melted. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
