These jalapeño poppers are made from a combination of 2 or 3 different recipes. My family LOVES these!
*BE SURE TO WEAR GLOVES! *
1. Cut Jalapeños in half. Seed Jalapeños.
2. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and cumin together in a bowl.
3. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
4. Wrap each jalapeño half with 1 whole piece of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
5. Place jalapeño halves side by side in a 9 x 13 pan or on cookie sheet.
6. Preheat oven to 400° F.
7. Bake 45 minutes.
8. Serve and enjoy!
