Sprinkle jalapino peppers on bottom of lightly greased pyrex pan (81/2 by 14). Grate 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese and sprinkle over peppers. Beat 8 medium eggs. Pour over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into 1 inch squares. Yields 60 to 70 pieces (serves 20).
