A hot and creamy corn dip with Fritos scoops!
Place both bags of frozen white shoe peg corn in a oven/microwave safe bowl and make a well in the center.
Lay the block of cream cheese and stick of butter in the well. (no need to slice)
Sprinkle chopped jalepenos over the entire dish.
Sprinkle garlic powder over the entire dish.
Heat in microwave on high for 10 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir all ingredients well.
Heat in microwave on high for an additional 10 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir all ingredients well.
Make sure both the cream cheese and butter are completely melted and mixed together with the corn and jalepenos.
Serve warm with Fritos Scoops!
(more or less jalepenos may be added according to taste)
