add drained kidney beans and stir
add salt, pepper & thyme
add 2 1/2 cup water
add 6 oz coconut cream & stir
add whole chili pepper
Bring to a boil & lower heat to low
until cooked about 20 minutes or until
water is absorbed
Do not stir the rice too much after it boils.
