Cajon dish, very spicy, great for parties.
Cook ham and sausage in oil for at least 10 minutes on low, remove from grease and set aside. Cook green pepper, onion, green onion, garlic and celery in oil until tender. Mix tomato juice, water, warchestershire sauce, bloody mary mix (and a beer, if desired) and add to cooked veggies with 2 cups of uncooked rice. Season with spices and bring to a boil, then simmer for 5 minutes. Add whole tomatoes, shrimp and meat and cook on low for 20-30 minutes (uncovered). Stir often to keep the rice from sticking to the bottom.
