Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add sausage; cook and stir until lightly browned. Drain. Add chicken, onion, pepper, celery, and garlic; cook and stir until chicken is cooked though. Stir in tomatoes, corn, tomato sauce and seasoning. Bring to boil Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir and serve.
