Chop pepper, garlic, onion, celery and sauté in olive oil until soft.
Add all ingredients to rice. Use half the called for liquid because the tomatoes and other ingredients will compensate.
Grill shrimp and sausage when rice is 3/4 cooked. Serve on side of chopped and added.
