Cut the salmon into 2 parts. 1 part mix with the herbs and chop into a mince. The other part cut into cubes
Mix the 2 parts together. Divide into 4 parts and mold with hands
Heat up the pan and cook the fish cake without oil, 2 mins each side
Serve with sweet chilli sauce
