Melt butter in 13x9 pan. Mix dry ingredients together. Add eggs, vanilla and nuts. Pour butter into mix and stir. Pour back into pan. Bake at 370F for 20 minutes.
To make icing: Melt butter. Mix in cocoa and milk. Stir in enough sugar to be creamy. Spread over varm brownies.
