Partially freeze steak and cut at an angle into very thin slices, put in freezer bag
Add all ingredients to meat and freeze.
Freeze frozen vegetable separate
Remove beef from marinade and cook over medium heat
Remove beef once cooked thru, keep warm
Add vegetables and marinade, cook until done
Serve over rice
