Suggest a better descriptionToast the Rice Krispies until golden brown, then grind into crumbs in the food processor. Mix them with the ground turkey and togarashi. Shape into two turkey burgers.
Reduce soy sauce, garlic, grated ginger and water by about half. Whisk in potato starch and reduce until it is a thick sauce.
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Fry burgers in nonstick pan, starting with a cold pan, over medium heat. Flip and when both side are browned, place in oven until fully cooked. Serve on buns with soy sauce ketchup.
